What is restorative stretching?

Restorative stretching combines gentle, supported stretches with breathwork, stillness, and relaxation.

Unlike a traditional workout, the goal isn't to push harder or see how far you can stretch. You'll use props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support your body as you settle into stretches and allow tension to gradually release.

Classes move slowly and intentionally, giving your body—and your mind—time to soften.
